Open Window provides dynamic practice-led higher education integrating conceptual thinking and academic rigour in applied arts. We are registered as a Private Higher Education Institution with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) in terms of section 54(1)(c) of the Higher Education Act 1997 (Act Nº. 101 of 1997) and Regulation (14(4) (a)) of the Regulations for the Registration of Private Higher Education Institutions 2016.
